Amnor is a multi purpose powder coat company, we primarily paint New or Used metal products for the general public and companies that require products powder coated. We offers incomparable, durable, powder coating finishes for a wide variety of metal objects. We powder coat aluminum doors and windows, ATV frames and parts, bicycle frames and parts, decorative household fixtures, sports equipment, metal fencing, and of course motocycle and car parts, and much more.

Powder Coating offers an environmentally sound alternative to liquid coatings. Powder coatings are also harder, tougher and more durable than liquid coating. We have two production coating lines and sandblasting is also available. Our conveyor line handles small to large production paint runs. For larger items we have a second line. This booth is 13 feet wide, 15 feet high and 40 ft long.

Powder Coating Process:

Dry, finely ground, electrostatically charged particles of pigment and resin are sprayed onto an electrically grounded object to be coated (normally metal). Due to the attraction of opposite electrical charges, the particles adhere and in-fill the metal substrate to a consistent thickness.

The coated parts are oven cured for sufficient time to allow the metal or substrate to have 7-10 minutes at approximately 400 degrees F. When cool they are checked for quality and are then ready for pickup or shipment.

Amnor process of evaluation ensures that clients will receive the finish that is best suited to their needs.
